I recently stayed at Axor Barajas and had a mix of experiences. The airport shuttle service was excellent, making my transfers convenient. However, the room I received had some cleanliness issues, as I found stains on the walls and the bathroom had mould. Plus, there was a lack of air conditioning, making it uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was not as smooth as I hoped, especially given my expectations for a special getaway.
My stay at Axor Barajas was mixed. While the hotel itself was quite nice and well-located near the airport, the service from the staff was disappointing and affected my overall experience. The absence of basic amenities like ice at the bar and the lack of air conditioning in my first room left much to be desired.
